About Ideate, LLC

Ideate, LLC has been providing computer data services for the Building, Facilities and Architectural industries for over a decade.

This service was developed in order to help promote and improve communications in residential communities, based upon our years of experience as Condo Board members.

Our own Condo Association had problems distributing meeting minutes in a timely and reliable manner, and often lost track of issues from one meeting to the next. Repair requests were disappearing and never resolved, and the Board had no way of tracking their status.

Our Property Manager was spending many hours each month printing, reproducing and distributing documents to owners and outside parties (potential buyers, attourneys and appraisers) and wanted to focus on more productive tasks.

We developed this service to solve these problems and to increase communications with the community, with an eye toward low maintenance without web expertise.
