Quincy Park Condominium Owners Association makes particulalry good use of the 'News' page to bring owners and residents up to date on the latest info as soon as they log in. The current news page lists items like the window cleaning schedule, instructions ofr a special proxy vote, an approved contractor list, and contact information for the various HOA committees.

Quincy Park also has a business banner link to a local hotel as a demonstration of the market value of such links to the hotel. They expect to offer such links on a fee basis in the near future.

As of this writing:
